Honey Syrup

Use this syrup to make The Charleston Bog cocktail.

  1. 1 cup honey
  2. 1/2 cup boiling water
  1. In a small heatproof bowl, stir honey with water until dissolved. Let cool, then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
