Honey-Orange Ice
- SERVINGS: MAKES ABOUT 1 QUART

- 2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch nonreactive baking dish and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight. Just before serving, scrape the ice into fine crystals using 1 or 2 forks. Transfer to tall glasses and serve.
