Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How to make this recipe

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch nonreactive baking dish and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight. Just before serving, scrape the ice into fine crystals using 1 or 2 forks. Transfer to tall glasses and serve.
