Honey-Habanero Syrup

  • TOTAL TIME: 15 MIN plus cooling
  • SERVINGS: 11 ounces

  1. 1 cup honey
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dried habanero (available at Latin markets)
  1. Combine ingredients in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then let cool. Strain the syrup into a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month. Makes about 11 ounces.
Serve With Use this infusion to make the Sailing On cocktail.
