  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces bourbon
  3. 1/4 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram (rum-based allspice liqueur)
  4. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon honey mixed with 1 teaspoon water
  6. Dash of Angostura bitters
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
