Hoisin-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  2. 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine
  3. 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
  5. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
  7. Freshly ground white pepper; season the sauce with white pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Make Ahead

    The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
