- 1 ounce Highland Scotch
- 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
- 6 ounces hot brewed licorice tea
- 3/4 teaspoon honey syrup (1/2 teaspoon honey mixed with 1/4 teaspoon warm water)
- 1 lemon wedge, for garnish
- In a warmed mug or heatproof glass, combine all of the ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink and drop it in.
