Hibiscus-Ginger Beer Zingers

Bubbly drinks in all their forms, from sparkling wine to fizzy ginger beer, inspire an effervescent bubble party. Pair them with a cool Vietnamese-style noodle salad tossed in a bright (and fat-free) citrus dressing.

  1. 2 hibiscus tea bags
  2. 4 cups boiling water
  3. Cracked ice
  4. Ginger beer
  5. 12 pineapple slices
  6. 12 mint sprigs
  1. In a large saucepan, steep the hibiscus tea bags in the boiling water until deep red, about 25 minutes; discard the tea bags. Add cracked ice to 12 glasses and fill each one halfway with the hibiscus tea. Top off the drinks with ginger beer. Garnish each drink with a pineapple slice and a mint sprig and serve.
