Use this hibiscus-infused gin to make Star Ruby cocktail.

  1. 8 ounces gin
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers or loose hibiscus tea
  1. In a jar, combine the gin with the dried hibiscus flowers. Let stand at room temperature overnight. Strain into a jar. (Leftover infused gin can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 month.)
