  2. 3/4 pound ground lamb
  3. 1/4 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  4. 3 tablespoons finely chopped mint
  5. 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  6. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  8. 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt, at room temperature
  9. 1 small garlic clove, very finely chopped
