Ingredients

    1. 1 cup fromage blanc or sour cream
    2. 1 tablespoon minced chives
    3. 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
    4. 2 teaspoons olive oil
    5. 1 teaspoon minced tarragon
    6. Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, blend the fromage blanc with the chives, parsley, olive oil and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
