- 1 cup fromage blanc or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced tarragon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a bowl, blend the fromage blanc with the chives, parsley, olive oil and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
