  1. 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  2. 7 drops of rose water
  3. Ice
  4. 1 1/2 ounces white rum, preferably Rhum agricole
  5. 1/2 ounce Cognac
  6. 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  7. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe.
