Hemingway Daiquiri

Ernest Hemingway once wrote that daiquiris "felt, as you drank them, the way downhill glacier-skiing feels running though powder snow." The daiquiri that made Hemingway feel best of all included grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur. It was invented at La Floridita bar in Havana, and it was called The Papa in Hemingway's honor. If you ordered a double, that was a Papa Doble. Papa always had a doble.
