Location inspired the fruity ingredients in this drink. The Brooklyn Heights tavern is on Cranberry Street, one block from Orange Street and two blocks from Pineapple Street.

  1. 2 pineapple spears, 1 peeled
  2. 6 fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
  3. 1/2 lemon wheel
  4. 1/2 orange wheel
  5. 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  6. 2 dashes of aromatic bitters, preferably Fee's
  7. 2 ounces Ruby port
  8. Ice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon and orange wheels with 3 cranberries and the peeled pineapple. Add ice and the port, Grand Marnier and bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; garnish with 3 cranberries and the unpeeled pineapple spear.
