- 2 pineapple spears, 1 peeled
- 6 fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
- 1/2 lemon wheel
- 1/2 orange wheel
- 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters, preferably Fee's
- 2 ounces Ruby port
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon and orange wheels with 3 cranberries and the peeled pineapple. Add ice and the port, Grand Marnier and bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; garnish with 3 cranberries and the unpeeled pineapple spear.
