- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
- 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
- 1/4 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add all of the remaining ingredients except crushed ice and shake well. Strain into a crushed ice–filled snifter.
