Hazelnut Sugar
- SERVINGS: About 1/2 cup
- MAKE-AHEAD
- 1/3 cup toasted skinned hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- In a mini food processor, pulse hazelnuts with sugar until sandy with some slightly larger bits. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
