  1. 1/3 cup toasted skinned hazelnuts
  2. 1/4 cup superfine sugar
  1. In a mini food processor, pulse hazelnuts with sugar until sandy with some slightly larger bits. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
