To balance the peppery blanco tequila and spicy Alsace Pinot Gris, Jacques Bezuidenhout adds sweet white peach to this drink.

cocktails Glassware Guide

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  3. 1 1/2 ounces Alsace Pinot Gris or other crisp white wine
  4. 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  5. 1 1/4 ounces white peach puree, or 1 1/2 ounces peach nectar or juice
  6. 2 peach slices, for garnish
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the peach slices.
