  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
  3. 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
  5. 1 1/2 ounces chilled club soda
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Calvados, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, then stir in the club soda.
