- 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
- 1 ounce chilled lemonade, preferably homemade
- 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- 3 ounces chilled ginger ale
- 2 cucumber wheels
- 1 large mint sprig, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a chilled collins glass with ice. Add the Pimm’s, lemonade and bitters; stir well. Stir in the ginger ale. Submerge the cucumber in the drink; garnish with the mint.
