At this Art Deco–inspired lounge, mixologist Julie Reiner hosts summertime Sunday-night tiki parties complete with her version of the mai tai.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  3. 3/4 ounce orange curaçao
  4. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  5. 3/4 ounce fresh orange juice
  6. 3/4 ounce guava nectar or juice
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons orgeat syrup
  8. 1 pineapple spear
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the pineapple. Shake well, strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the pineapple spear.
