How to Make It

Step

Light a grill. Generously brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle each slice with 1 teaspoon of the zahtar. Season with salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper. Grill the bread over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until nicely browned and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Top with diced tomatoes and serve.
