  1. 16 slices of whole-grain toast
  2. Grilled Trout with Lemon-Caper Mayonnaise
  3. 16 slices of crisp bacon
  4. 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  5. Arugula leaves
  1. Spread the toast slices with the lemon-caper mayonnaise. Halve the grilled trout and top 8 slices of toast with a trout fillet, bacon, tomato and arugula. Close the BLT sandwiches and serve.
