- 24 small new potatoes (about 2 pounds)

How to make this recipe
Light the grill or heat the oven to 375°. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan of salted water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and toss with the oil, salt and pepper.
Grill the potatoes, turning occasionally, until tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, put them in a roasting pan and bake, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 15 minutes.
