- 4 lemons, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8 pocketless pita
- Brush lemons with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill cut-side down for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden, turn over and continue grilling for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush pita on both sides with olive oil and grill for 30 to 45 seconds per side.
