Grilled Lemons and Pita

SERVES: 8
ingredients
  • 4 lemons, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8 pocketless pita
directions
  1. Brush lemons with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill cut-side down for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden, turn over and continue grilling for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush pita on both sides with olive oil and grill for 30 to 45 seconds per side.
