Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil
The key to "adding" flavor is a teaspoon more of lemon juice and make sure you allow the tomatoes to marinate; separately, the chicken;AND separately, save some of the marinate to brucsh over the bread. Also, I substituted the ciabatta with sandwich style English muffins served open faced! Fantastic!

Very bland. Needs a tastier cheese -- perhaps gorgonzola? Maybe some bacon? Good theory though.
