Mixologist Greg Portsche is a fan of Charbay Green Tea Vodka, which is made with rare tea leaves from China's Anhui Province.

  1. 1 lemon twist
  2. Ice
  3. 2 ounces sake
  4. 1 ounce green tea vodka
  5. 1/2 ounce green tea liqueur
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the sake, vodka and liqueur and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
