- 2 1/2 peeled and diced kiwis, plus 1 kiwi slice skewered on a pick for garnish
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce chilled Viognier
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced kiwis with the simple syrup. Add the gin, Viognier and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the skewered kiwi slice.
