Green Herb Sauce

  • SERVINGS: Makes 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
  2. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  3. 3 tablespoons water
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced chives
  7. 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  9. Salt
  1. In a small bowl, mix the parsley with the lemon juice, water, oil, shallots, chives, thyme and cayenne. Season with salt.
Make Ahead
The sauce can be refrigerated overnight.
