- 1 1/2 ounces Old Tom gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes of celery bitters
- 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
