  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces Old Tom gin
  3. 1 ounce dry vermouth
  4. 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  5. 2 dashes of celery bitters
  6. 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
