A dollop of whipped cream softens grappa's bite in this citrusy cocktail from Pazo, a Mediterranean lounge and restaurant in a historic 1880s boiler works.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces lemon vodka
  3. 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  5. 1/2 ounce grappa
  6. 1/2 ounce triple sec
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  9. 1 tablespoon unsweetened whipped cream
  10. 1 lemon twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the whipped cream and lemon twist and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the whipped cream and lemon twist.
