A dollop of whipped cream softens grappa's bite in this citrusy cocktail from Pazo, a Mediterranean lounge and restaurant in a historic 1880s boiler works.

2 ounces lemon vodka
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce grappa
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon unsweetened whipped cream
1 lemon twist
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the whipped cream and lemon twist and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the whipped cream and lemon twist.
