- 1/4 fresh grapefruit, unpeeled and cut into pieces
- 3 basil leaves
- 2 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapefruit with 2 of the basil leaves. Add the vodka, Simple Syrup and ice; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the remaining basil.
