Recipe: Grandfather
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce apple brandy, preferably bonded
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of Peychaud's bitters
- 3 brandied cherries
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherries; stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the cherries.
