- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 ounces aged rhum agricole (aromatic West Indian rum)
- 1 1/2 ounces Lillet blanc
- 1/4 ounce limoncello
- 1 lemon twist
How to make this recipe
- Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with brown sugar. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the rum, Lillet blanc and limoncello and stir well. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
