Navan, a vanilla-flavored Cognac liqueur launched by Grand Marnier, and orgeat, a milky syrup made with almonds and orange-flower or rose water, are both featured in this creamy but not heavy cocktail.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  3. 1 ounce cream of coconut from a well-shaken can
  4. 1 ounce milk
  5. 3/4 ounce orgeat syrup
  6. 3/4 ounce Navan
  7. 1 ounce chilled club soda
  8. Pinch of ground cinnamon
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the club soda and cinnamon, shake well and strain into an ice-filled red wine glass. Top with the club soda and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
