- 1/2 cup freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
How to make this recipe
- In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until reduced to about 1 3/4 cups. Strain, let cool and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
