Ginger-Sesame Oil

  1. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  2. 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  3. 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  4. 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  5. 4 teaspoons Asian sesame oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
  7. Pinch of white pepper
  1. Mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Season with the five-spice powder and a big pinch of white pepper.
