Ginger-Mint Lemonade

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

Cork • Westmont, New Jersey

This is the nonalcoholic version of Cork's signature spiked lemonade, with water and extra lemon juice replacing the citrus vodka.

  1. 1 lemon wedge
  2. Sugar
  3. Ice
  4. 6 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  5. 1 1/2 ounces Ginger Syrup
  6. 1 1/2 ounces water
  7. 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  1. Moisten the outer rim of a highball glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar, then fill the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Ginger Syrup. Add ice, the water and the lemon juice and shake well. Strain into the highball glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
