Ginger-Lemon Tea


  1. 2 quarts water
  2. 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 cup honey
  4. One 3-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over moderate heat, stirring to dissolve the honey. Remove from the heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain and serve hot or cold.
