Recipe: Ginger-Lemon Tea

Ingredients
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup honey
- One 3-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over moderate heat, stirring to dissolve the honey. Remove from the heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain and serve hot or cold.
