Ingredients

    1. 1 cup mayonnaise
    2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    3. 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
    4. 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion greens
    5. 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds
    6. 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
    7. Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
    8. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    9. Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

The mayonnaise can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
