- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground pepper
