  1. 1/2 ounce Pimm's No. 1
  2. 3 drops rose water
  3. 3 cucumber slices
  4. 2 ounces gin
  5. 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  6. Ice
  7. 3 organic rose petals (optional)
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and Simple Syrup. Add ice and the gin, Pimm's and rose water. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the rose petals, if desired.
