    1. 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
    2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    3. 4 cups cooked long-grain rice
    4. Salt and freshly ground pepper
    5. 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook over low heat until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add the rice, stirring, until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with the cilantro and serve.
