Use this garlicky mayonnaise to top Steven Satterfield's White Bean Stew.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt
- In a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and mustard; season with salt.
