Garlic Mayonnaise

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 1/2 cup
  • FAST

Use this garlicky mayonnaise to top Steven Satterfield's White Bean Stew.

  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  3. 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  5. Salt
  1. In a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and mustard; season with salt.
Make Ahead The garlic mayonnaise can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
