Ingredients

    1. 1 cup mixed strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
    2. 1 cup low-fat yogurt
    3. 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
    4. 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty. Serve right away.
