1 cup mixed strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1 cup ice
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty. Serve right away.
