Recipe: Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup ice
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty. Serve right away.
