  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice

How to make this recipe

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, yogurt, honey and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty. Serve right away.
