For mixologist Adam Seger, this drink evokes memories of the Bananas Foster at Brennan's Restaurant in New Orleans. He makes sure a version of the dessert is on the menu wherever he works.

  1. 10 ounces bourbon
  2. 4 bananas
  3. 4 ounces fresh orange juice
  4. 1 cup prepared caramel sauce
  5. 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  6. 3 cups ice
  7. Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
  8. 6 cinnamon sticks, for garnish
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the garnishes and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled mugs and garnish each drink with a pinch of grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
