This salad features the best of the Bordeaux farm. Chicken livers are cooked until pink, then tossed while warm with frisée, crisp bread rubbed with garlic, bacon, hard-cooked eggs and spicy radishes to make a totally satisfying salad.

wine recommendation

The château's rosé isn't exported to the United States. Instead, look for the 1998 Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé, which is full bodied and peppery enough to stand up to the bacon and croutons.
