Fresh Vegetable Curry
I've made this several times since I first found it in the Oct 08 issue. I think it's simply delicious. I like to use jarred jalepenos instead, it seems to give this a little more of a kick. Otherwise I follow the recipe exactly. I love to make it and take the extras for lunch; it's awesome!
